One Cup of Enjoy Life Crunchy Flax & Chia Cereal
One Cup Almond Butter
One Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup of pitted dates
One Tablespoon of Red Maca Powder (optional)
1/3 Cup or more Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup of raisins (optional)
In a food processor or Vitamix Blender combine cereal, almond butter, protein powder, maca powder & dates. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a small amount of water if mix is too thick.
Smooth it out into a glass 8X8 dish. You can add the raisins by gently pressing them into the mixture. Refrigerate while you melt the chocolate chips in the microwave (start with 20-30 seconds and stir until smooth) and then drizzle on top. Refrigerate, cut into bars and enjoy!!
